Multi-Month and more in v6.1

Whereas v6.0 contained mostly installation-related improvements, v6.1 contains some highly-demanded features. It's now possible to display multiple months or even an entire year (#470, #1140).

Display a grid of months using the new multiMonthYear view:

Or, display a vertical stack of months or weeks. Use either multiMonthYear or dayGridYear:
