Content Injection

Custom content can be injected into FullCalendar’s DOM in various places. Settings that do this end in Content, like eventContent from the event render hooks, and each is documented alongside the feature it belongs to.

Each setting is given different arguments. For example, eventContent receives a single object with a whole bunch of properties.

How you provide the content depends on how you’re using FullCalendar:

• Vanilla JS - a string, HTML, DOM nodes, or a function returning any of those
• React - a function that returns JSX
• Preact - a function that returns JSX
• Vue - a named slot template
• Angular - a named ng-template
• Web Component and Salesforce LWC - the same formats as vanilla JS
